How It Works
FAQ
What are terms of delivery?
All equipment is sold for “EX-WORKS” (Freight Forwarder’s yard in Japan port designated by NDT) basis. Upon buyer’s request, we support delivery of equipment through the world with additional charges.
Are there any charges other than purchasing price?
As a transaction fee, 2% of purchasing price will be charged (with minimum 10,000JPY and maximum 100,000 JPY) to buyers. Sales Tax will be charged as well for domestic sales.
Can I inspect equipment by myself?
Basically no. However, we will provide GUIA inspection service upon buyer’s request with additional fees.
What is GUIA inspection
Through our internet auction (GUIA Internet Auction), we have provided detailed inspection report and pictures that have enabled buyers to purchase equipment without going to check physically. GUIA inspection report has great reputation among our buyers through GUIA Internet Auction.
What is NDT Corporation?
NDT Corporation is a trading company specialized in used construction equipment, established in 2003. We have been selling about 6,000 units per year to all over the world. NDT is also one of the biggest auctioneers in Japan, holding internet and parade auctions. We have subsidiaries in U.S.A (Americ Machinery Corporation) and Thailand (NDT Thailand).

5 Steps to Sell
1.Contact Us
Contact to NDT ONLINE office by Contact Us or telephone. We will fully instruct to list your equipment.
*To register as a owner, Please read <Owner's Terms and Condition> for details.
2.List Your Equipment
Once you get approved as a owner, we will provide you with your own web page where you can register your equipment to sell. You just need to register equipment information and selling price, and then upload pictures. Upon your request, we offer you GUIA inspection service with additional fees. We will send inspector to your yard (only in Japan).
3.Receive Offers
We have buyers all over the world; you will immediately know when they make an offer to your equipment by e-mail. You can adjust your selling price responding to buyers’ offer. We will support price negotiation with those buyers as well.
4.Make a Deal
Once price is agreed between you and buyer, it is time to make a deal.
Both the owner and the buyer will make a contract with NDT. *Sales commission will be charged to the owner based on sold price. Please read <Owner’s Terms and Condition> for details.
5.Delivery to Port & Payment
Once we confirm buyer’s payment, you just need to move the equipment to freight forwarder’s yard in Japan port designated by NDT. We will make a payment to you within 3 business days after equipment is delivered.

5 Steps to Buy
1.Registration
Please fill out registration form and submit (https://ndtonline.com/regist). After your registration, it may take couple of days to assess and approve you as a buyer.
2.Find Your Equipment
There are multiple search features by equipment category, port of shipment, manufacturer, and production year and working hours; you can find equipment that you are looking for.
3.Make an Offer
Making an offer is quite simple. You just need to register your offer and its valid date on equipment page. You will know it immediately by e-mail if the owner accepted your price or dropped his/her selling price, or other buyers made higher offer.
4.Make a Deal
Once price is agreed between you and the owner, it is time to make a deal. NDT will make a contract with you and fully support its transaction.

5. Delivery to Port
Equipment you purchased will be delivered to port in Japan by the owner. NDT will support delivery of your equipment to your destination through the world with additional fees.
